Job Description:



We are looking for a highly qualified person to lead our FJ
Sales & Marketing. The successful candidate will report directly to the FJ
Managing Director and serve through heading all Sales & Marketing for the
company. You will need to have strong communication, sales and marketing skills
and customer service attitude.



 



 



The successful candidate must be an analytical thought
leader who enjoys working in a highly collaborative environment. He/she will
demonstrate high integrity, intelligence and proven domain expertise. In
addition to possessing analytic and strategic skills, he/she will have the
proven ability to influence, motivate and manage others in a complex business
environment.



 



Key
Responsibilities





Build and implement sales and marketing strategies to build the brand and
exceed sales targets by leading the entire sales and marketing team



· 
Build and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team



· 
Align sales and marketing strategies with headquarter by fine tuning,
formulate and implement sales and marketing programmes to address
local-specific requirements



· 
Translates new business initiatives into integrated omni-channel
marketing plans to meet goals and create unique digital brand experiences



· 
Lead and execute a cross-channel marketing strategy driven by data and
digital tactics. This includes data driven strategies across all digital and
offline channels; audience measurement and development, user acquisition and
channel attribution analysis, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, paid
and organic growth covering and utilizing all digital marketing vehicles to
achieve customer growth, brand and sales targets.



·  Build and manage the CRM function to manage
current customers, designing and building a customer loyalty program



· 
Build and implement the sales strategy for the organization by
overseeing commercial performance, managing budgets, building a multi-year revenue
strategy with the MD, developing pricing strategy and achieving the forecasted
sales revenue and profit targets



· 
Work closely with product, technology and supplier leadership teams to
plan digital advertising strategies and execution plans



· 
Manage agency partners and third-party relationships to ensure
appropriate balance of internal and external resources



· 
Manages ecommerce integration, in collaboration with technology and
product, within the website and within internal and external online channels
crafting customer needs and understand customer shipping profiles



· 
Support the MD to explore new revenue streams, improve margins and
support services enhancement



· 
Set the vision and direction of the OTA together with the MD and the CTO
of the business



·  Identify new channel
opportunities and product distribution partnerships.



 



Key
Requirements:



 



·      
Bachelor’s
degree in marketing or related field required. Seven to ten years experience
with increasing responsibility in a professional business, large scale travel
or E-commerce business



·      
Experience
in building and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow the business
and exceed targets



·      
Deep
knowledge and extensive experience across key aspects of digital marketing,
digital strategy and consumer experience



·      
Mastery
of programmatic buying strategies, approaches and technology/partner
infrastructure, including DMP management and optimization



·      
Solid
knowledge of website analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Omniture, Adobe, etc..)



·      
Working
knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints



·      
Strong
understanding of current the digital marketing landscape, strategies and best
practices with domain expertise and experience in the areas of digital
marketing, paid media, SEO, email and/or CRM



·      
Strong
project management abilities, track record of prioritizing and handling
multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within
budget parameters
